Chloe Coscarelli is a genius when it comes to creating recipes that inspire your cooking and nourish your body without all the fuss. The ingredients are simple and straightforward but combined in perhaps unique or interesting ways to show you how versatile plant-based cooking can be. She’s a kind soul and it comes across in her cookbooks. Chloe Flavor is a cookbook I would buy for any new vegan as it’s welcoming and insanely craveable. 

Must Make: Where do I start?! The califlower al pastor tacos, lentil sausages, and the General Tso’s Tofu are family favorites that we make over and over again!
