All of these vegan protein powders can be consumed mixed into water, plant-based milk, or a smoothie. Try it with one of these protein powders and let me know that you think!
Could you add a pros ans cons list of the different options? Is there any significant nutrient that any of them leave out? Would I be able to use any of these products as a primary or sole source of nutrition while pregnant or breastfeeding? What if I have 3 or 4 different powders that I consume throughout the day? If this isnt adequate nutrition for the length of pregnancy, what if I only eat like this during the weeks of morning sickness? Would a prenatal still be required? Would fresh vegetables still be required?
Sometimes I hate that I have to take time out to eat, sometimes I feel like a slave to solid food or addicted to hot food. My fetuse’s abdominal circumference was few days more developed than the rest of its body at my last ultrasound so I think im eatting too much and it’s hard to track calories and nutrition on fresh foods rather than packaged, especially when feeling sick all day.
Thank you for your time reading and i look forword to maybe getting a responce from you.
